Here at Pembroke Gym & Sports Facilities we have a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports facilities available for use. See below for a list of what is available:

We have 2 x 11-a-side grass pitches.

How to book our facilities

We now have a new booking system, meaning that all bookings for our facilities must be made online. This system enables you select the slot most suitable to you (if available) and pay prior to attending the facility. You can also make block bookings through this system, allowing you to pay for the bookings all at once, quarterly or monthly.

Lifestyle Fitness Gym

Including a wide variety of cardio equipment, resistance machines, free weights, kettle bells, balance equipment, sandbags and medicine balls.

The gym also offers a range of exercise classes, including; Spinning, Circuits, Abs Blast and HIIT. To attend these classes, you must book in online or enquire with a member of staff. Classes for gym members are inclusive to the membership, and class fees for non-members are £3.50.  

To join our gym you must sign up through the www.lifestylefitness.co.uk website.
