"Languages and Your Future" Jobs Fair. The students had talks from two linguists at GCHQ (the Government Communications Headquarters), Senoco Supply Chain and Sara Munton (the Deputy Police and Crime Comissioner in Lincoln). They also had a Mandarin Chinese lesson where they learnt a few words, numbers and sentences. They were told about careers related to languages, what skills they gain through learning a language and possible options for their future.

15 hours agoToday our year 8 students are experiencing a Stay Safe Day delivered by experts from the Lincolnshire Stay Safe Partnership. Students are learning how to be safe in areas including healthy relationships, road safety, online safety, hate crime, the dangers of drugs and alcohol.
20 hours agoWell done to Asher and Harrison in Year 11 who competed in the Anglian Regional Cross Country Championships on Saturday. They were competing for the Lincolnshire Cross Country team. Asher finished in 16th and Harrison finished in 45th place. Well done to both! We now wait to find out if the boys have made it through to the National Cross Country final in March.
