Examinations

Examinations are an essential part of the education system in the United Kingdom and are part of the rite of passage for young people as they move through the education system. Part of the growth of a young person at Pembroke is to ensure that our students can prepare themselves appropriately to be successful and to have the experience and resilience to thrive in a high stress environments such as examinations.

Students will complete examinations at several points during their time at Pembroke.

Key Stage 3: End of Year examinations in all subjects during module 6.

Year 10: Mock examinations in full JCQ conditions during module 5

Year 11: Mock examinations in full JCQ conditions during module 2, and core (English, Maths and Science) examinations during module 4.

If you require support or advice in regard to examinations, please contact Mrs T Alderman, Examinations Officer or Mrs S Warnock, Assistant Headteacher.
