12 hours agoJelly Baby Lighting Students in Year 8 were exploring the role of the lighting designer today, bringing to life the pact scene from Blood Brothers. We used Jelly Babies as our actors, torches as our lights, coloured cellophane to provide different slashes of colour and intricately cut gobo patterns. Some great work by the students, with a yummy treat at the end
3 days agoWe are pleased to start this morning with a celebration assembly. That, combined with our non-uniform day, glitter, bake sale and subject celebrations, ensures this promises to be a fabulous day!
3 days agoYear 11 are benefiting from a 'Big Teach' in the Hall for their English lessons at the moment. Mr Dominy is taking the lessons to ensure that students are thoroughly prepared for their exams. They are currently receiving feedback on their most recent mock examinations to ensure students get every mark available.
