Natasha Toone is already a black belt in Karate. She competes regularly in weekend competitions around the country. Her most recent competition was on Sunday. She competed in the National Karate Championships in Kettering, in the 'Individual Kata' category and finished 2nd over all in her age group. A great achievement!
